What is CCD Image sensor ? 본문
With the invention of the digital camera, we store the image of an object as digitized data rather than storing the reflected light on film, which is a photosensitizer. A device that recognizes light and converts it into a digital signal is an image sensor, and typical cameras include a CMOS sensor and a CCD sensor. Today, we will learn about CCD sensor and what is the difference between CMOS sensor and CCD sensor.

1. What is an image sensor?
It is the same content as the CMOS article, but I read it once and moved on. Digital cameras and sensors used to image objects are called Image Sensors. Currently widely used image sensors include CCD and CMOS sensors. When light reflected from an object hits the image sensor's photodiode, the "light" is converted into an electrical signal that is in turn passed to several internal devices, such as a series shift register, capacitor, and amplifier. Finally, analog-to-digital conversion takes place. The voltage signal is then converted to binary (0 and 1) values that can be processed and stored.
2. What is a CCD image sensor?
CCD stands for Charge-Coupled Device and will be a charge-coupled device. (Think of the signal transmitted here as electricity?) To understand the CCD sensor, you must first understand MOS semiconductors. Please ask your questions in the comments. Light (color) has its own wavelength and energy (wavelength, energy think the same today). The wavelength at which light is absorbed and reflected by an object becomes color. When light (photons) strike the sensor, the amount of charge generated depends on the wavelength of the light. This different amount of degradation is used to distinguish colors. One of these sensors is called a pixel, and if you group a lot of these pixels together, you get one image sensor.
